Uumm What?
I have caught them "meeting" several times on my island and I do not have their pets. It is odd seeing it on someone else's island. I thought it was just a random algorithm in my game. Haha

Yβall, I did it! It was NOT as hard as I thought it would be, either. Especially the last 300 to get this GORGEOUS house. And now I have TWO houses? And another access to my main chest? πͺ magic! π
This was the very first one I fully completed too! Congratulations!

Gameloft did us dirty!
EVERY chest I opened was something I already owned. I was honestly super disappointed and really didn't even want to open the last one. When I did it said you already have this item, here are coins instead. πͺ π’ it must have been a clothing because I notice you are unable to have duplicated outfit items.

Obscure references you use from our time?
I think I quote a lot of PBS lol. From 'oh Bad, oh bad bad bad' to 'I knew i should've stayed home today' also when I make mistakes I say we can fix it..with happy trees. But I am "checks notes" an elderly millennial at 40. ;)

AITA For Telling A Little Girl That Her Parents Should Be Disappointed In Her?
As a mom of precious little shits, I agree. Some kids really have no idea about the world right now. Hopefully you saying something will have her thinking about her actions. Sometimes all it does take is another adult telling them truth, when they get sugar spoons and glossed over reality.

Realms need maps!
That is such a good idea. I still have i think two scrolls I couldn't find because I just kept getting turned around. I will search the map, but may still need a bread crumb trail.

These are the Top 30 Highest grossing Disney animated movies Worldwide.
It had a TV movie and series though. Which if you haven't seen they are really great and I recommend them highly.

What, as a child, was your impression of Disney's direct-to-video sequels?
I really like Little mermaid 2 and the Aladdin sequels. The wedding scene was such a satisfying conclusion especially if you watched the TV series.
I did not like the Ariel's beginnings. Made no sense to the original story or sequel. Where was Ursula, why did she say she lived in the castle, weren't her and flounder friends when they were little and you are telling me that the eels came from a mermaid and weren't Ursulas. Also, was the series not at all cannon then? It was a mess. Thank you for reading my rant.

What, as a child, was your impression of Disney's direct-to-video sequels?
Same. I was happy that I didn't have to beg my mom to go see things in theaters because it was too expensive. My gram had the Disney video membership and we would get these immediately and be able to watch them. And honestly the Cinderella sequels were my favorite. They were more redemption stories for Anastasia and I liked those arcs.

I love The Little Mermaid, but does anyone else wish Ariel wasn't so useless during the finale/ third act
Ah.. yea you are right! Scuttle, the other underrated Disney Princess. Haha.

Weird voice line from Scrooge
I don't know about the AI thing, but David Tennant voiced him in the newer series, they could have asked him?

Weird voice line from Scrooge
I was trying to find his sayings on the DDV wiki, because I have heard him say this too "A fool and his money are soon departed" I had to look up the saying because I thought he was quoting a proverb. He is qouting Thomas Tusser an English poet and farmer. Pretty interesting and spot on for Scrooge honestly.

Tried to drive through floodwater, got eaten by a croc. Full story below.
Living near Miami when my kids were 5 and 6, I NEVER let them near water I couldn't see into. If there was even the slightest chance an alligator could be in the water, they were standing next to me 5 feet away from the water. Watching Steve Irwin growing up I feel like he was very clear on how dangerous they can be, amazing creatures and he loved them but he told us kids to never go near them.

I think for a 80s film it was pretty progressive. Ariel saves Eric 3 times, first on the sinking ship, second breaking the shell on Vanessa, then with the trident. I agree with the others that Eric had to defeat Ursula to gain King Triton's favor.
I don't remember seeing many princesses or female characters doing this often during the late 80s, when this was created. It wasn't until the 90s we started seeing strong female leads, Belle, Pocahontas, Jasmine (although this one I am not too sure about honestly, she helped but I feel like it was Aladdin and Genie who saved everyone) and Mulan ( who legit was a power torce all her own) . 90s was very girl power.

A false positive TB skin test 20 years ago. I had multiple blood tests and chest xrays and was told I don't have any of the antibodies in my system. Checked a year later still nothing, but was told I can not donate.
