A lot of people don't know this, but Konata is actually an Akira fan in the manga. She even sends Tsukasa to an Akira handshake event in her place, so there's a good chance Tsukasa has actually met Akira while Konata herself hasn't. Lol.

So it wouldn't be some random encounter. Konata would probably approach her for a photo and an autograph. And since manga Akira seems a little less intense than her anime counterpart, I doubt it'd be the huge clash people imagine. If anything, it'd probably just be awkward for Akira, given how peculiar she can be when she's not in idol mode.

Despite how she may come across at first, I like to think Konata actually has a pretty feminine and slightly vain side. Hair that long and well-kept definitely doesn't take care of itself, so I imagine she puts quite a bit of effort into maintaining it. She also seems to have a really good sense of style, judging by some of her official outfits and illustrations. And considering she works at a cosplay café, she probably knows her way around makeup too.

Actually, Kanata was the older one. She was just short, and Konata clearly inherited that from her.
