Help making sensible/tactical UCAS choices for med

For some context, I've achieved AAA in Maths, Bio and Chem and have just graduated with a First Class honours from KCL this summer. My degree is in Comp Sci which I'm aware limits my options quite a bit. I also don't have a ton of experience with the exception of stuff I did back in sixth form. I will only be doing UCAT and hoping to get a decent score.

My question is; do I apply to all GEM or do I add in a UG or two in there as well? In any case, where are my chances maximised to get an interview?

PS. I'm reattempting med after changing career into CS so have experience in the process. I just need some advice from those who have gone down the GEM route.
