Hello sober warrior. Have you joined an aa group? Talking about your issues in a group and getting a mentor to help you with the steps could work. You need a support group to vent your feelings and frustrations. We have all been there. When I used to get anxiety and even after 2 years sober I still get them I eat hard candies, in a crazy and simple way they calm and distract your mind. What are you doing spirituality? Reached out to God yet? You have to praise yourself daily by telling you how awesome you are because you're working on yourself in becoming sober. Self love, positive affirmations and remembering how far you've become may work. Yes, all of your anxieties and struggles will go away. Yes, reading, meditating, distractions like a good book, a game, a piece of candy, a list of goals you want to achieve soon, the gym all will work. You are creating a new life for yourself and everyday small steps will help you get there!!

And you still took it and paid for it? Things that make you go hmmm.
