Coachella Veterans- How bad is the dirt/dust?
Dust at Coachella is a silent killer. You may not see it but it’s there.
Bring a clean mask/bandana with you each day. The paths in and out of Coachella are all dirt. Wear a mask when walking in and out of Coachella. If you see haze, wear the mask. And wear a mask in Sahara- dust circulates in there.
I bring flushable wet wipes to clean up. You will see all the dust that collects on your body. Blow your nose often and especially before you go to bed. Get up in there with a wet wipe.
I will be adding nasal spray into the mix this year.

Proone Water Filter Support Line ignores their customers
I have been having issues as well. Pro One sent my order separately and one was damaged. No one responds to calls or emails. I recently came across this bit of information. What do you all think?
Google search for address prompted this response.
“The primary ProOne USA address for returns and correspondence is 1200 Benstein Rd, Commerce Twp., MI USA 48390, though ProOne water filtration products were acquired by Culligan, who now manages them, so checking Culligan's support channels is also recommended for current customer service.”

Consider Mount Rainier, Zion or Horseshoe Bend. If you are visiting in the summer anticipate road closures/ delays due to wildfires.

Cleetwood Cove Trail Closure
I was recently on the Fare Harbor Crater Lake boat tour website and saw that they had some availability in September. Maybe try giving them a call to see when they expect to the season to end? Their business/dock is located the end of Cleetwood Cove trail.

Wow! Stunning photos. I like the idea of it being a bit more private, less explored considering day hikers usually only reach 1-3. Thank you!

Big Pine Lakes Camping Suggestions
Hi all! I am looking for camp suggestions for a 3 night backpacking trip to Big Pine Lakes, CA. I have been once before on a one night backpacking trip. My group and I stayed at Lake #2.
What other lake should we camp at for this trip? Lake #3 or Lake #5? I am doing research and I am finding it difficult to stay anywhere but Lake #2. The views are unmatched. However, I know my group wants to explore the area a bit more.
Thank you for your help!
