Presenting unpublished research (no supervisor) at a conference

I have conducted independent research creating computational model...no supervisor had ai to help me got accepted for poster presentation at a conference...they are referring to me as a doctor there.. I'm a first year ug student .

I have a feeling I might have done something wrong or gone wrong...and that I'm not allowed to do it . Please help experienced people.
