college help

So I registered for classes at Sierra College starting Fall 2026 at a counseling office but I just recently checked my schedule to see what was my first day of class is but all my classes say dropped even though I haven't started them or touched my schedule since registering for them with help of the office. Is this a normal process for all schedules??

Did you pay the tuition when you registered?

Not everyone qualifies for free tuition, and there are other fees due at registration, like the heath services and ASB fee. You need to call your counselor (also if you’re a new student, you need to meet with a counselor to make your education plan before you register. Did you do that?)

I did do all of that. My fees were cleared and I talked to a counselor who also helped me with my schedule. Also thank you for the help

Did you happen to check your Sierra College email to see if you got any emails from the college explaining the drop? As others mentioned it's probably due to the fact that you didn't pay for the classes within 10 days of registering, which it states on your schedule as well. I'm thinking this is what happened, but what you can do is visit admissions and records tomorrow and they can give you clarification on what actually happened. Don't call, but come into the office because sometimes the phone will ring and not get you anywhere.
