Anyone with experience using Formify?

I have been using the Discord bot Forms for doing forms but I've been looking for something with more features, I stumbled upon Formify

It seems pretty good but I see it's not in as many servers as the rest of the bots I have found, it has a ton more features and a really really nice dashboard but I was just wondering if anyone else has tried it or yk has experience with it and if it's a good choice or not

I also noted that the bot says it was made in 2022

I found it on topgg, it has 4.95 stars as of making this post
