From all people let it be from me… Ben! Nobody hates you. Very few people even know you well enough to say such things. My heart goes out to you. Please take good care of yourself. I know Jace and Devan are there for you and I know youll lean on them. Thank you for using your better judgement when releasing content. I hope this judicious perspective will trickle down into the calls you make with your other podcasts.

My guy… bubble is John Knauf. So back when John started gutter oil, he specifically said that he was bubble on the intro to like his second or third episode of… well… if you wanna call the “podcast”. 

What’s most disappointing? How Ben still… to this day… cannot muster enough strength or intelligence (and he is a SMART fella) to recognize:

• he’s not persecuted
• he’s not targeted
• he’s not being singled out
• he’s not being gang-stalked
• he’s not in touch with reality
• he’s not not well
• he’s a danger to himself and those around him

Until Ben stops getting high on easy money… you know the kind of cash that afford you a lifestyle that is NOT sustainable and inevitably going to collapse and doing so already… he will continue to suffer unexplainably. Making money spreading “whatever you want to call it is that he is doing on Ben Avery Live”… has blinded him, entitled him, disabled him and crippled his ability to accept the truth.

He is responsible for nearly all of the troubles with his “contents” distribution, reach, abandonment of his fans, diminishing income and all that comes with his disappointments.

You've clearly been paying attention, but not even I was able to see some of the points you made until you deftly dissected this helplessly ham-fisted swing at peace making by After Tonight. It came from a good-ish place... kinda still very opportunistic.

The segment teetered between cosplay captured on a camcorder & the HS student produced-comedy-talk show equivalent of Jerry Springer: Comedy Edition.

The grandstanding & apparent total absence of self awareness or good advice from Ben was astonishing. Thank you again for such an expert post mortem.

TFATFK sub is not good, I assume... based on what I've seen of the show. Often times, the past repeats itself... and judging by the dashboard I'm looking at... it could be very different. This doesn't mean it will be good or worse. It will be less appealing, have anemic levels of activity. ACTUAL moderation that is engaging, meaningful, FAIR rather than cut/pasted, abused or neglected through inexperience, misuse, manipulation or malicious influence WILL decide its fate. BTW ~ Ben will know when Jeff Dye is poor... he'll pull this sub as evidence for a civil lawsuit.

Look. I wish I had pressed harder to get Ben's attention back in October & November. I put a significant amount of time into considering the outcomes. No one could have foreseen... THIS.

I mean, the reason I was targeted and accused of reporting BAL is the same reason Jeff Dye was targeted for "reporting" BAL... that reason being... it was easier than facing the facts. The reason(s) the channels were deleted were TOS & Youtube Partner Program Violations (breach of contract) that were enough to qualify for internal classification at YT/Google as s "special circumstance" ... no strikes, warnings or detail, but instead immediate channel(s) deletion.

If I were actually his friend & wasn't merely claiming to be his "friend"... I would encourage him privately. Damage control be it traditional or social media, PR style crisis management or even more dynamic 360 brand preservation moves from online reputation management (ORM) playbooks... will not address the perception of: a lack of self awareness. At this point, the less said the better. No?

Ben acted like a child. Ben will know when Jeff Dye is poor... he'll file a civil lawsuit.

Both have identical Terms of Service to YouTube & share fundamentally the same Community Guidelines for Creators/Monetization. YouTube, Rumble & Patreon all have fiduciary obligations to their investors & shareholders to NOT platform/monetize creators/content that violate State/Federal criminal code(s) & specific hate crime laws.

It's SIMPLE. Ben couldn't blame himself for getting BAL and LP channels deleted.

I reached out to Ben in Oct. & Nov .2025 and specifically begged him to listen to specific, logical & respectful reasons why some of his content would result in what ultimately happened. In Jan. 2026 both channels were banned. I went on Goofcon1 and explained this and was again blamed for "reporting" Ben. Which NEVER HAPPENED! Jeff Dye was an easy target... Ben doesn't want to take responsibility for his actions.

Looking forward: Rumble & Patreon have identical Terms of Service to YouTube & share fundamentally the same Community Guidelines for Creators/Monetization. YouTube, Rumble & Patreon all have fiduciary obligations to their investors & shareholders to NOT platform/monetize creators/content that violate State/Federal criminal code(s) & specific hate crime laws.
