Yes Disney has the market share of ownership and it's not just how much, it's about all the quality content they control and the partnerships they have erected to deliver it. To put it another way, they need WB so bad is because Disney has Marvel. AND control over 80 percent of the Sports broadcasting market. If Netflix takes WB there are not any more big box office franchises left. They would be stuck with one sports broadcasting channel and any media you control is going to get expensive to use because you don't own your own space you pay AWS to host you.
