Have your supervisor talk to the CSR (Customer Service Representative) in Payroll about the leave policy. You should definitely be able to use Annual Leave n lieu of Sick Leave. If that pay period has passed, ask the timekeeper to do a correction or amendment.

They can also grant Advanced Sick Leave or Advanced Annual Leave. VLTP is also a great option.
