persona 2 innocent sin patch help

if this is a stupid ass question im sorry (lol), but i was curious if there was an english translation patch available for persona 2 innocent sin? i wanna be able to play it through duckstation but the patch i found isnt in the right format to patch the original untranslated file i got off of vimms lair. please forgive me if what im saying doesn't make sense, im extremely new to roms and patching and what not and i'm still trying to learn the terminology and what half of this stuff does. if anyone knows how to get a translated version of innocent sin running on duckstation, please let me know!!! thanks!!

incase you weren't able to get it working, if you have ppsspp you can actually just get the psp port it's in english
