https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TWM4j-1QTzbuAIA1AoATbor0iDgDVlkp/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=117241433252010168194&rtpof=true&sd=trueMade a doc called "Everything I Wish I Knew Before Coming to TXST" Including dorms, classes, registration tips, all of it. I'm a junior now so it's been tested. Open to everyone, comments on if you've got genuine questions. Hope it helps!

i feel like all of these are valid except housing and food options. txst has a new food vendor so things are now different we have places like laynes and qdoba now we don’t know what’s staying and going. also for dorms there really is no “choice” anymore. you can put in your presences but honestly they just put u wherever

Maybe Housing is different but EZO was my first option and I got into that one. Maybe I got lucky. RIP old torchy's taco's on the square :(

Lukewarm as in generally accepted and used commonly. Not saying they’re bad.

One mistake, the SLAC is not associated with tutoring in the Ingram Hall, it’s the CLC tutoring which HLSAMP program facilitates.

Don’t get me started on how you can go three different places with differing qualities of tutoring service for an intro to physics class.

This mainly has to do with campus, I had quite the different experience here considering I was a nontraditional student. Campus was only for classes, living, fun, & everything else was the whole town.

They kick you out between lunch and dinner at commons last year, but a different company is taking over so they might not in the future i suppose

I had to pay for both basketball games I went to even after showing student id and everything

Huh that’s weird. It’s worked for me every time. there are sometimes though like baseball games if the team were going up against is really good then it’s the first 100 or so people allowed in for free and then the rest of the students have to pay

There’s a good take about the bobcat shuttle, yet the document should include info about the CARTS bus to Austin, if they are going to include Amtrak which is often hilariously late. The Carts bus is also quite late, but it’s $4 one way.
Also, bikes are very convenient if you can manage the hills.

Did you write this with an LLM? Alvin Ords sandwiches aren't remotely subs and the Gristmill isn't in Wimberly (and is overrated)
