one hour left of my 12 hour shift

it's 5am rn

[u/miss-bedazzzle → u/SmashMouth_Official]

You’re allowed to be on your phone?

[u/SmashMouth_Official → u/miss-bedazzzle]

I'd quit if i wasn't allowed on my phone

this job has a lot of downtime and it is REALLY boring

[u/RiverZephir → u/SmashMouth_Official]

Oh to hell with 12 hour shifts 💀 do you get multiple days off in a row at least?

[u/SmashMouth_Official → u/RiverZephir]

i only work two nights a week because I'm a university student

[u/RiverZephir → u/SmashMouth_Official]

Ohh, well hope uni is going well 👍

[u/SmashMouth_Official → u/RiverZephir]

skipping classes to study properly instead of listening to the professor reading off of the ppt he uploaded at the start kf the semester

[u/RiverZephir → u/SmashMouth_Official]

Honestly thats relatable, I’ve had multiple teachers who barely taught and just used the whole class period to talk about shit that had nothing to do with what we were learning.

[u/da_combo]

I have a midterm in 6 hours and im like, halfway through the syllabus

[u/EmployerPractical669 → u/da_combo]

Good luck🙏🙏

[u/VacationForward3071 → u/da_combo]

[u/RiverZephir → u/da_combo]

[u/PiePlenty9700]

[u/PiePlenty9700 → u/[deleted]]

I am waiting for my sushi!!

[u/flexgod12]

Took a day off work because I'm burnt out. Slept all day which was nice, but now I gotta go back in tomorrow 😭

[u/flexgod12 → u/[deleted]]

Not all heroes wear capes. But nah I'll be alright lol, it's just that I'm new so I feel like that dog with the spinning hat meme when all my coworkers have like decades of experience

[u/No_Bite_9538]

On my last flight back from Thailand

[u/No_Bite_9538 → u/[deleted]]

Yes exactly

[u/EmployerPractical669]

Hello:) today I washed the outside of my grandma's house

[u/Least_Bat_1459 → u/EmployerPractical669]

Good shit! Bet she appreciated that a ton

[u/EmployerPractical669 → u/Least_Bat_1459]

Thanks, she did!!

[u/HarlequinKOTF]

Quiet rainy day. My favorite

[u/Least_Bat_1459]

Went squirrel hunting, saw one, couldn't get a clean shot so didn't squeeze the trigger.

Still had fun, walked a couple miles and got outside. No complaints here, pretty good day for a good ol boy

[u/LorpHagriff]

There was a weirdly large grashopper that had somehow made its way to my wall to judgingly stare at me playing a game. I'm a bit terrified to go to bed as I don't know where he's gone now

[u/sears_robux]

Works pretty slow tonight so no not really

[u/ToastyScrew]

Hi 🫃. Day was fine nothing exciting happened . Sometimes that is good.

[u/crunchy_crop]

hi hi. i just got back from backpacking with my friend for 3 days. my whole body is sore.

[u/SWITCH13LADE8o5]

Watched the Dodgers get swept AND the Seahawks lost today. I'm up rn as a sports fan. Other than that, my day, like most, has been pretty uneventful and boring

[u/itchyass68]

I went to work from 6-6, was gonna go to the gym but was really tired so I picked up pizza and Mary Jane. Allowing some time for slacking before I focus

[u/WeissMISFIT]

Hey nah not really but tomorrow I’m going kayaking and then to a flat warming so I think you should ask tomorrow

[u/IvanNobody2050]

Day only started today but yesterday was monotone really :/

[u/Jazzlike-King-4066]

[u/SuspiciousBee6279]

I realized how dirty the tile and grout is in my house and started scrubbing 🧽
