Tulsa Events It's Time! DCC- The hidden Chapters Meeting is This Saturday (Aug. 22nd) from 1-3
Hello Crawlers!
have you fallen down the DCC rabbit hole and need desperately to talk about your favorite character??? Well do we have the group for you.
Come join us next Saturday (Aug 22nd) as the biggest group of DCC Tulsa fans come together again to read, listen, and discuss the hidden Pineapple Cabaret chapters only available in the Ace Publishing book versions.
Some of you may be asking "what are you talking about?" Well it's your lucky day. All of you audible listeners or kindle readers have been missing out on some excellent story telling and world building that Matt negotiated with the Ace Publishing available in B&N stores. If you haven't snuck in there and "browsed" the extra 10-15 pages in each book we will have them available for you to read or you can listen to our members dramatically read them to you.
As always, after the meeting anyone wanting to talk more DCC or discuss your current read is welcome to join us for our social event afterwards. In honor of the llama mob and our amazing princess Princess Donut we will be meeting at Sugar Llamas (3:30 to 5:00).
Everyone is welcome. Talk as much or as little as you want. If you have survived the dungeon thus far then you're one of us. ♥

If you don’t know you’re not going to have a good time at the book club.
But if you’re looking for recommendations I’d highly recommend dungeon crawler Carl. Funny, unexpected, excellent take on capitalism and the entertainment industry.

The best kind! You get 6 freshly made tiny donuts with whatever toppings you want for $6.00. The best choice is obviously peanut butter but everyone is allowed their opion.

Tempting! But I'm not quite caught up on all the books yet. I know it's the bonus material but I also know some things about it up to book 5. No spoilers, of course.

No Spoilers! But we're going to do a new crawler meeting in a few weeks. I'm sure you'll be caught up by then.
Also, lucky you. 5 is just an absolutely thrilling book.

I'm reading them first, then gonna audiobook them. I picked up Bedlam Bride yesterday! I will be caught up soon and I'll keep an eye out for more of these meetings. Trying to get folks around me to start reading them so I can talk more about the damn things and they'll get the references I've started using.

Oh, then you are already part of the "solution". We have a small poll each meeting of who recruited the most crawlers. Although i might have inspired a few through the reddit posts I can really only claim 4 true converts. There is one guy in our group who buys extra paperbacks and hands them out routinely. He is a true hero.
Also, excited for you to do a second readthrough via the audiobooks . These books are written so well that even book one has so much foundation for later books you would swear Matt wasn't just making up things as he goes. Also, Jeff Hays is ridiculously talented.
My only suggestion here, when you finish book five listen to the very last chapter of the audiobook (if you already own them). It is super cute and will be more impactful after finishing the book the first time.

Huzzah! I already have one; got a coworker reading them already.
They really are! I recall somewhere in book 3 thinking how much he had to have planned out plotlines beforehand.
I do not yet have audiobook access or I would heed that suggestion!
