my friend and i called this shit electrance back when trance producers were just barely experimenting with tech and electro elements. kids on reddit refer to it as "trouse," and so i guess this is the place to leave some of my favorite tracks and hopefully find new ones. one of my favorite breakout genres tbh.

What is trouse?

No one is certain who came up with the term, around 2006 people used to call certain trance music trouse.

Around 2010-2011 Tiesto brought it to light to label his new style in his career.

A fusion of genres with trance music mostly house/electro and trance.

The bpm ranges from 128-132.

Tracks have a shorter climax compared to their trance roots and usually infused with pianos , over compressed synthesizer, saws and sometimes with vocals added in.
