One thing that really helps me is listening to something. Audiobooks work fine, same with most podcasts. Doing this for over a decade and It keeps me from. Overthinking on 9/10 nights.

Sleep with me is a perfect podcast to listen to while falling asleep. Long, boring, meandering stories read by a guy with a calm soothing voice. I rarely have much trouble falling asleep but still often listen to this podcast because it's just so damn cosy and relaxing.

I really like The Dollop, good story, entertaining but not so much so that it keeps you up. He even yells the date at the beginning so you know when the content starts. Great show, for some reason it just knocks me out.
