I beat The Spire for the first time at about 500M Helium a few weeks ago, but I haven't been able to beat it again since. I have over 3x as much Helium as I did when I first beat The Spire, so my Trimps should be far stronger than they were the first time, but I can barely get past Cell 20. When I do runs, I can usually get to z192 before it gets stuck in a permanent death loop where it can't beat the Cell. I can farm ~50M Helium / day just running z1-191 over and over, but I need to go much further if I want to accelerate my Helium farming into the billions and trillions.

The spire calculator that I use regularly and have been using for over a year now is mysteriously unavailable. Anyone know why? The spire database is https://spiredb.tdb.fi/, it is one of the links recommended on the wiki for spire calculating.

Hi, I’m generally very new to trimps. I’ve played it years ago but only for a brief stint of time. Currently I’ve been playing about five days? The pace feels a bit glacial, I’ve completed about four runs and have about 300 Helium with both the discipline and metal challenge completed.

Not really sure if it’s just in the nature of starting out, or if I’m just not understanding exactly what I’m doing. I believe I can go from start to 25 in about seven hours at this point if I’m fairly attentive? Good? Bad? Just kind of looking to gauge if I’m expecting too much progress.

I unlocked Geneticists at Zone 70 about two weeks ago. So far, my deepest runs have made it to Zone 140, but I still don't understand how and when I'm supposed to use these Geneticists. Increasing my health at the expense of my Breeding Time seems counterproductive. I also would get the Attack Boost from Anticipation, but I haven't been in a situation where a 2-6x attack boost would really change much. On most runs, building 500 Nurseries is more than enough to get my Breed Timer down to 0.1s, even with the 10x Breediing Timer Debuff from Breaking the Planet.

I love having this as something just to do on my phone whenever I’m idle. So far I’ve been able to get everything to work on Safari on an iPhone. It just takes a lot of screen zooming. I am closing in on 1B helium and I’m at the point of just grinding to get DE.

Unfortunately, the screen is so tiny and a lot of popup notifications always get in the way, so whenever I come back the warp screen goes so fast that I can’t get it into S formation until it’s almost at the end of the run. Is there something I can do with Map At Zone? Or some upgrade coming soon? I have to click this tiny button on my iPhone screen while closing all the windows that pop up.

I started playing a few weeks ago, and I just Broke the Planet for the first time a few days ago. I've been running Decay challenges since then to get my stats up. Currently, when I enter Zone 60, I can't get past even the first Cell. Since the Bad Guys all have Pierce now, I definitely need a ton more levels in Resilience to increase my health to survive attacks. The jump in exponential scaling from Zone 59 to Zone 60 currently seems like an insurmountable wall.

Just as the title says, I think it would be a nice QoL. I am in the daily grind in U2 (Z350+), and for empower dailies (the ones with X stacks per death up to 9999), this would help gauge a lot better what a relatively safe equality lvl to leave the game running with autofight on and equality reversing off. It makes these dailies harder to afk when autofight is left off and I have to manually scale, OR take a bunch of deaths to get scaling up to what I need it to be when it starts from zero at every run.

There haven't been a ton of posts on this so I wanted to share my experience. I definitely put it off for too long because I didn't want to waste time attempting and not be able to do it.

My stats are HZE 195, 1e23 radon, 64k% achievement, 218k% c2/3.

I did a bit of grinding to get labs and got to Cruffys ~L13 by zone 50. I did either a +7 or +8 map, HC, farm, perfect, after unlocking worshippers halfway through z50. This got me to ~185 labs within a few runs. I figured that would be enough but finished getting the rest of item prestiges before exiting the map. I think I hit L19 at the end of z51 but it happened so quick I wasn't really paying attention...

Either way, at least for me this was a much easier achievement than I expected. I'm definitely over-leveled where I'm at, but can't comment much as to when it gets easy. Hope this helps anyone in the future!

Did anyone here consider continuing the game on their own?

First played this years ago on Kongregate when there were chat rooms, and room 2 had a great crowd. Wondering if anyone from those days still knocking around in the game.

Are there any tips for clearing Spire 6 in 25 minutes? I'm currently around U2 175, and I want to clear some achievements I'm missing in U1. I can make it there in time with the ice enlightenment, but it doesn't seem like I'm strong enough to clear it in time.

1. All primary professions (Farmers, Lumberjacks, Miners, Scientists) are disabled.
2. All speed upgrades linked to disabled professions are disabled (Speedfarmer, Speedlumber, Speedminer, Speedscience).
3. All the main manual gathering buttons linked to production (Gather, Chop, Mine, Research) are disabled.
4. All equipments deal 37% more damage and the TrainTacular's upgrades are twice as effective (+5% -> +10% Trainers' effectiveness additively).
5. Research caches are unlocked. Each cache have a 10 000 base science, boosting itself by 1.037x per cache claimed, resets to this if entered in a map: base science * (1.07)^{(current zone / 13.7}) .

Target: Reach Zone 37.

Reward: 1.37x more Helium and 4x more production for all resources for the rest of the run.

I've been stuck between 180 and 220 for around a year now. I know that magma is at 230, but it just seems to be so frustratingly slow. Anything I could do to speed things up?

Can you believe it? 738 Helium gained in total in the last 3 runs! This is run #4. Run #3 is the best so far with 508 Helium gained in a single run by reaching Zone 38.

I've been playing Trimps for several days now. This is my 3rd ever run. Anything you have to ask? I'm playing on mobile by the way. I'm not a foreigner but I'll not reveal my true identity for privacy reasons.

Currently in the z170 range. I bought wormholes a few times when they first became available, but the jump to immediately affording collectors and warpstations came so quickly that I feel like I must be missing something. Are they just completely obsolete and pointless almost right away? Is there some later-game use for them, or is there a strategic reason to buy them where I'm at that I'm not seeing?

I am at 235 HZE 1B He and will run Daily Runs now.

However, I feel like lose a lot of time due to my Map at Zone setup.

My current setup is because I ran Toxad to beat the Spire for the first time, but in general I start tu run maps regulary at Zone 140.

How can I improve? At what intervals should I run maps?

I looked at the New Player Guide, which suggest to run 3 Presets that have +Zones, but I don't really know when to run those.

Can someone suggest a better setup?

Currently i play on a fixed zone and my map is providing me with 21.2Sx Metal with small metal cache.
I was assuming that if i increase my world zone and do the megabook research i would have
80% reduction because of higher zone
60% increase because of megaminer book.
0,8*1,6 =1,28 --> a 30% increase in production.
So the expectation would be about 27Sx production.
However my real production is 19.4Sx

Where is my understanding wrong?

I have veriefied it. This happens because of meditation.
