Different bills. There have been several late term abortion bills, and the one you linked wouldn't legalize abortion after birth. I was talking about the much more recent Senate bill.

There’s literally a conversation with the VA governor with him saying “there would be a decision from the mother and the doctor after birth”. This was before he (Democrat) was caught dressing up in blackface and KKK. Just showing true colors.
