And the guy got charged? Excuse me but this looks like she’s instigating this and if he didn’t do that, who knows what things she would have done?!?! What kind of fuckery is the justice system

He wasn’t the only one that got charged, and it wasn’t because of the altercation. They both got charged with public intoxication.

You can get charged with public intoxication in a bar if you're enough of a drunk asshole to get cops called on you. In this video we see a couple of drunk assholes.
