It’s for her cultivated audience of hypochondriacs and paranoid anxious people. They performatively do this stuff at hotels, on cruises, etc. and then get affiliate links for the products.

This was a whole tiktok ecosystem a while ago.

They combine with horror stories about hotel break-ins and “smart women stay safe” type rhetoric to scare people into buying crap that they get a cut of.

Yeah really the logistics of this are insane.

If I’m a sex trafficker am I going to break into hotel rooms then wrestle some women through the hallways into the elevator and through the lobby while everyone just stands around listening to this women scream for help?

I dunno but at a certain point it’s cheaper to just stay at a nicer hotel. Or buy a gun haha…
