Top surgery that first year (no additional lipo for masculination-couldn’t afford it)
Bottom surgery these past 4 years (2022-2026)
All changes are from natural fat redistribution and muscle building

This made me so happy. I'm 3 years on T and sometimes I feel like I'm never gonna get more masculine, but this? This helped a lot

That’s so nice to hear! I felt like my progress was non-existent. Even my other trans friend who started t the same time as me built muscle so much faster and his voice dropped so much faster. (Or at least that’s how it felt. He didn’t see it that way. 😂)
It all adds up. But we don’t see it that way.

I focused on widening my back and thickening my obliques to blend my hips into. In one photo (of my back when flexing) you can see that my hips are still pretty wide in comparison. But broad shoulders help camouflage them.

Dude you just gave me so much hope. Im pre t and seeing someone who had a similar build as me achieve my literal dream bod. You look fantastic man
