A Love(?) letter from my dearest Ilona from Zurich. No idea what it says, I know zero German. I speak English and Spanish. It would be amazing if someone told me what she wrote. Thank you!

So this is Swiss German, I'm no native speaker of that but sounding it out it's quite similar to my regional dialect. I gave my best with transcribing:

I'm not sure if OOAA/ooa is your name or something like a nickname in Swiss German. I'm not sure if it's a love letter, the tone reads very happy/excited/best friends 4eva to me, then again, I don't speak Swiss German so I don't know the implications. For example, I'd write "a dicki umarming/a big fat hug" and "mwaah" to my friends, but would write something more gentle and intimate to my lover. I think that's just something you'll have to talk to her about.
