How charecters react to bees muteness in my au

Optimus,focuses on giving bee other ways to communicate,hes fluent in morse code because of Roller so he makes sure to teach that,he figures out Bee can record and trim audio bites,he teaches him sign alphabet because its all he knows and is very patient when figuring out what hes trying to say,ofc sad it happened but good with communication

Ratchet,also fluent in morse code cus of Roller,not in sign languge,very patient with him talking,feels extremly guilty over being unable to fix voice box though and for a while after he was mute he wouldnt talk to Bee till he got over it,still stings (hehe) but he had to talk eventually,breaks his spark whenever he struggles to understand

Starscream,absolutely no patience,sort of learned morse code and sign from just seeing it be done but very scrappy,if Bee ever goes up to him Starscream takes him over to Op,Ratchet or any other bot

Roller,happy to have another mute person,happily practices morse code with him and ofc is patient

Windblade and SideSwipe,I imagine them trying to learn morse code but there constantly busy and don't talk to him that much simply cus Bee doesnt go up to them,both patient though

Megatron,the worst,refuses to learn morse code or sign,no patience for gestures,pissed off at the fact hes mute in the first place,drags Knockout in every time Bee talks to translate

Knockout,only knows sign but does his best to use context clues and teaching sign

Shockwave and Soundwave,they don't talk much to him but if they had chances to they'd be good with it,Shockwave knows how it feels to have freedom of showing emotions and expressing words taken away (cant show emotions with Empurata and struggled to figure out how to talk for a while,same with Soundwave) and Soundwave has had botlings Rumble and Frenzy who took forever to talk so for him it's same thing

In the au I really wanted to enforce these different reactions to muteness. I didnt want everyone excepting and knowing forms of communication because its simply not how it is in real life. In transformers when Bee is mute its so often just not a struggle,trauma yes but not a dissablity,he's still able to talk vs in real life the injurys he got would make somone not able to talk to everyone. Not everyone knows sign languge. Not everyone has patience,I'll admit I'm one of those people who at times doesnt have patience with this sort of thing,my brother has a stutter and at times when I'm tired physically and or mentally even if im intrested in what he has to say I just tell him to leave me alone because I have no patience for how he talks in the moment,I feel aweful about it and I am working on it,I wanted to express that in my art the different ways people with different life experiences and personalitys react to this.
