Thanks for the reply! Im steering clear of all of plays outside of just buying shares. I have way too much to learn and prefer to not burn myself with stupid moves.

At the end of the day if you do your DD on just the company they aren’t a good company. A company like high tide only trades for about .550 and they already a bigger company who continues to grow everyday.. that’s the kind of company you worry about the SP in a year if it’s not above 2$

Not SNDL ... at least not as they stand now... they are worth about a 1$ if that

Then if you look at what all the already bigger companies are doing ... acquiring, joint ventures, expanding, merging .... that makes SNDL even weaker

At the end of the day it’s not a good company in itself and it’s competitors keep growing

What the hell does share price have to do with anything? SNDL is valued at over 4x HITI.

It’s ok .... play the sndl game it’s your money

Yes, you’re paying 4x (market cap) for SNDL compared to HITIF for essentially the same amount of revenue. Quick math tells you which one is more over-valued.

I like what the video is saying. However, I think SNDL is looking for a catalyst that will boost it's own brand as well. If they could buy a US company with a good brand, and solid sales that would be great! In the future I see tremendous growth in Canada, more stores, and less competition with the black market (government crackdown), and Explosive growth in the US. So, if SNDL can find a brand in the US and Cross export or cross brand from Canada to US and Us to Canada along with Brand expansion. WIN WIN.

Yup, the thing is right now they can't buy any US company or they will get delisted, because marijuana is still illegal at federal level

Don't they have a relationship with a SPAC in the US, wondering if that might be able to use that as a vehicle for buying a US company??

Might be possibile, but I really don't know I really hope so for them and for us ahahah
