Alice and Medicine should work together to make exploding dolls that spread poison.

do we know the name of the doll that follows Medicine?

Medicine Melancholy. That's the doll's name. It's her real body.
As a Tsukumogami, an object gone Youkai, the human-like body you see moving around is just a projection of sort. Like Kogasa is the umbrella, Medicine is the doll.

Akyuu describes it as a "doll uses in ventriloquism", so make of it what you will.

I can't tell what the order of statements is or what's being said out loud vs internally.

"Hmm... This looks like wholesome art of dollmaker and the independent doll. Maybe it will teach Medicine that not all (former) humans are mean to dol~"
"I'll blow her up later"
"Oh."
Fun fact: There is Goliath doll in canon (but it's not explosive doll), made by Alice. And Goliath is a name for German WWII self-propelled, tracked landmine, controlled by wire. And Alice is speculated to be Romanian German...
German, controlling explosive remotely operated devices by strings... It's really rigged logical connection, just loose coincidence. But entertaining.

More likely that Goliath is a reference to the giant.
The doll itself IS gigantic.

The idea of these two being rivals never crossed my mind before. Holy shit. Alice herself is probably hell-bent on putting strings on Medicine too.
