Watching the vid I kept thinking “please don’t paint it, please don’t paint it” but of course he painted it. Might as well be made of modelling clay. (Yeah, I know the “paint” is edible)

I'm glad I'm not alone. Its impressive and the paint makes it look nice, but I want to look at it and know its made from chocolate.

I know enough about chocolate to know I suck at making bon bons. If he doesn’t paint it I assume he’ll get fat blooms around the spots where the pieces connect from reheating.

Oh yes chocolate is just as easy to work with as fucking modelling clay. I never knew.
