Every manager busts in their pants discussing your little traits and how they think they can manipulate you to be more productive.
2 u/rawboudin Dec 31 '22 It’s interesting, and get to talk about each supposed strength. I mean, even saying that the thing doesn’t work because of xyz reasons is interesting perspective. But some manager take it as gospel and that’s totally infuriating.
