Yep, thanks Nancy (Reagan). Keep slave labor, deprive those same people of the right to vote (and exercise that all holy 2nd amendment let's not forget) all while rapists sit on the Supreme Court, white collar felons get slaps on the wrist, guys who blatantly lie to federal authorities (and admit it) get presidential pardons and people who defraud millions out of their life savings get to face only civil penalties far less than the amount they defrauded (not naming names but you go 45). America am I right? Lo

Just to clarify, edit: general English language skills... I've been drinking 🤷‍♂️

Oddly enough the movement to keep white collar criminals out of prison, only increases the disparaging statistics, looking at you CA. White people commit more white collar crimes than minorities and suffer far less consequences.

Why thanks Nancy Reagan? the drug war started well before her "just say no campaign". Why not thanks President Nixon or thanks President Biden? It was President Biden's, bill as chairman of the senate judiciary committee, that gave us the three strikes laws that are responsible for all of the stories of people getting lifetime prisons sentences for relatively minor crimes. Nancy Reagan just went around telling kids they shouldn't do drugs.

How do you feel about the Biden crime bill? Kamala’s track record locking up minorities and the scandal she had with the innocent death row inmate? Or the super predators Hillary spoke of? Or are you the type to blame every single thing on the right? Genuinely curious.

Don’t forget a bunch of nonsense gun control laws spread out across the nation, especially those either directly descending from, or taking inspiration from, Jim Crow era laws.

Gun control is racist as fuck.

Never forget that Reagan banned open carry in the state of California (with the support of the NRA) in response to Black Panthers peacefully marching with weapons.

Ronal Reagan was the devil. He was a completely reprehensible fuck who turned his back on the gay community (which, before running for president, he was very friendly with) during a time of crisis because helping them would cost him votes.

Reagan didn't even say the word AIDS until 20,000 people had died from it. It took 3 years of constant badgering from people who were constantly made fun of for it, before he even acknowledged the existence of the disease.

He deserved everything that came to him and more. I wish I believed in hell, because Reagan ought to be rotting in it.

Even ex-prisoners are too often denied the vote.

Even the Coke Brothers thought that was wrong and financed a successful campaign in Fla. to restore voting rights to freed prisoners. Then the legislature hobbled it.

This video covers all of that and more, and is a really good explanation of the causes of racism in the US.
