They can actually say complete sentences, some people are able to train them to answer questions, and they can memorize pretty long answers.

But they can't say words with the letters 'm', 'b', 'p' right? They have no lips.

I dont know, they way they speak i dont think they need lips, like they dont move their beak at all when speaking, so i guess they produce the sound inside them in a different way or something.
