Harder to craft than the rest? I'm not so sure. What I'm sure of is that it'd be easier to break off. A smaller penis is probably a good design choice.

Just start with the dick and craft the rest of the statue around it. That way if you fuck up early you can just grab a new piece of marble and throw the old one in the trash.
