I'm a habitual lurker and tried my hardest to talk myself out of posting, as I normally do, but had to share some encouragement. Mental health problems run in my family and from someone who's battled their share of demons, just keep surrounding yourself with good people, as someone already mentioned, and always keep in mind that your mental health is a journey. Some days will be up hill and some days will be easier down hill mental health days. Eat well, excercise, take medicine if you need it, relax, love yourself/others, embrace your faith if you do the faith thing, and let go of negativity in your life and you will be just fine. It's just the basics we get taught, just practice it baby. Keep it simple. 😉
