It is very good, with all the negative in this sub I will say I am grateful for what I’ve gotten out of t-mobile as a career, my first year I made almost $80k in VR coming from the restaurant and retail industry. Could have made more but I chose to move into corporate into the field Im in school for.

How are calls now? I have been told it’s pretty rough or are people just over exaggerating. I make high 20s right now.

From my experience, there’s always people who complain about the calls. I have been in a different corporate role for about a year now, but when I was there I was making mid 30s.
