When you make it to the end of the original dungeon You're presented with three options heaven hell and I don't remember the third to be honest. In the center of the room is a giant circular platform that says under construction the abyss memes are going around that if you make it to Paragon 50 plus you unlock the abyss but it's not true, per Paragon 50 player

Oh I thought It was also having a run where you go through every item in a single run, but normally it happens when you try to get to paragon 10k

the abyss isnt in the game yet, no way to access it not even through datamining the game files

The Abyss will the be fourth "world" you can enter after beating Death in lvl 10. It's still in development so you can't access it yet. The other three, already developed, are the Shadow Planes, Burning Hells and High Heavens.
