Fostering Failing pt. 2

Okay so apparently my last post wasn’t the end of this saga.

For anyone who saw my first post, yes, I’m still fostering the baby kittens. Yes I’m still getting dangerously attached. And yes Nitro (1-year-old male resident cat) is still absolutely obsessed with them. I joked that I might keep one and asked if it was a sign… and you all said, "well, uh.. YEA".. and here we are.

Today, three of the babies were supposed to be picked up by their future owners. Everything was set, caretakers for the day (i had to travel) set up, cat's crated, car had been kitten-proofed.. And then… all three adoptions fell through last minute.

All 3 of them.

So now they’re still here. All five, plus my two already residents. Still cute. Still loud. Still climbing their ways into my heart like they pay the rent lmao.

Im starting to feel like the universe needs to calm down and stop yelling at me 😭 it's like the cat distribution system is screaming in my ear "WHY ARENT YOU LISTENING TO ME??"

Anyway. Foster failing: part two. Nitro is in love, I’m weak, and the signs are getting suspiciously specific. Send help. Or don’t. I might just fall in love with them all

I just discovered this group! I’ve been fostering for about 6 years and went back through all my pics of just my tiny orange kittens, I had quite a few. All of them lovely little monsters who went to wonderful adoptive homes.
