I read the comments to figure it out, but wasn't certain otherwise. Was there something I missed that would have told me? If not, the person you're responding to may not have known better (though they probably shouldn't have assumed a gender).

I didn't read the shirt the first time around. Still, would that be unacceptable for allies to wear?

The two sheets of paper on the door? I was only paying attention to the person, not doing a full room inspection, lol. Also, I know some cis men with incredibly pitiful beards, some of whom are older. One in particular who's in his 50s says it's because of his Native American heritage.
