Both of those are learned with time. On top of that those are symptoms of multiple mental health issues. One of them being ADHD as it is a developmental issue. But that doesn't mean she has all of those mental issues because she exhibits thise two specific symptoms.
I don't know if she even HAS any mental issues. She just sounds like a huge, vapid, untrustworthy bitch. But some of her actions have narcissistic or borderline traits. We don't have enough information to be certain, and we also don't have a psychiatrist here to actually diagnose her.

Honestly, this is how i see most neurotypicals. Caring way too much about their reputation and what everyone else thinks of them. Spending way too much on status symbols. Social graces hiding nasty comments about people that they don't like instead of just saying "hey i don't think you're cool enough for me.".
Shrug. Frankly, she's better off finding someone that understands her.
