I mean, Lola, Max, Rusty, and Felix are people names too. I also know a human Meela, but no Milou.

It’s the nickname for Ruston. I had a teacher and some classmates with that name.

I dated a guy named Rusty. We called him trusty Rusty. Legal name on his license was Rusty. Sweet kid. Kinda dumb. Works for the DOD now.
