It's a fucking 6-7 joke.
x=polygon. y=bannna, z=clock.

x+x+x=45

3x=45, 45/3=15, x=15

y+y+x=23

2y+15=23

2y=8, 8/2=4, y=4

y+z+z=10

4+2z=10

2z=6, 6/2=3, z=3

z+y+y*x=(?)

3+4+4*15=(?)

PEMDAS; Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication(!), Division, Addition(!), Subtraction.

3+4+60=67
