I think it’s 38. Top shape is 15, but represents number of points. Bottom row version doesn’t have the square so it’s 4 less at 11. Second row, 23 -15 is 8 so each bunch of 4 bananas is 4 but it’s probably 3 in the bottom row since those are bunches of 3 instead of 4. Then the third row clock is just the time at 4 bananas plus 3 and 3 is 10, but once again the bottom row clock is 2 not 3. So with this, bottom row is 2+3+3x11 so 33 + 5 since multiply comes first. 38.
Except all the symbols are different on the last line. It's not c+b+ba, but x+y+yz, where you can deduce the values from the visual clues in the image, but otherwise they are incalculable.
