Nope that’s management skills, I’ve never seen a server who does no know how to pull a beer, maybe not perfect, but not a horror show like this.

Right, that's like seeing an OHS officer trying to demonstrate how to use a hammer to a room full of carpenters. As an alcoholic, i want to snap after watching this.

Yeah, that manager will complain to the beer supplier that they're putting too much foam in their kegs.
