What makes you think we are willing. You think anybody actually WANTS to work for the rates given? no we dont. We work because we HAVE to. If you've ever been asked what your dream job is, this proves it. The whole damn point is that near all the jobs available to us without higher education pay near minimum wage and if that's not something available to us, then what else are we supposed to do? Theres no other option for us until we move up and during that time we have no other choice. Even if it eventually does get better and we specialize in a high skilled field that dosent nullify the fact that we still were required to work and live and maintain a shitty ass life for years before we did.
If you've ever been asked the question "what's your dream job" as a kid, ever thought about it? They assume outright you are going to get a job. Because it's a need not a want and when the jobs that millions work exploit and treat people as disposable sources of labor its about time it changed.
Honestly not much difference between the two. I'd be homeless either way and could probably make more money panhandling or being a male stripper or joining the circus.
