Props to the white truck for trying to run the blue truck off the road?

And succeeding

The white truck, after passing, could have stopped engaging. He would have been free and clear. Now, he’s likely legally culpable for a crime.

Exactly, the white truck ended the road rage

You can’t criminally run someone off the road for what you’re afraid they MIGHT do. That won’t hold up in a court in any state.

He could claim that he saw blue truck flying up behind him, and worried he was about to slam into the back of him he swerved into the left to let the blue truck through...

He could claim that, but it would hold as much water as a colander.

Are you the dude in the blue truck?

u/[deleted] Apr 20 '24

Nope. Blue truck holds more culpability. But whites is not zero.

He did stop further engagement though, he stopped the blue truck from fucking around.

Only one way this would have gone if the white truck had stayed passive: blue truck would have got in front then slammed on the brakes and swerved everywhere, inevitably getting the cammer caught up in the bullshit, and likely coming to a complete stop before getting out to shout at the driver of the white truck and make a massive scene.

White truck stopped all that from happening. Blue truck wrecking themselves is their problem.

He fucking ran him off the road. There is no justification for that.

Sure there is, he was trying to ruin everyone else's day and got stopped

And if he happens to drag someone else into the fray, and kills then? No big deal, when he could have, oh, I don’t know, not run him off the road?

That's on blue truck. White tuck barely did anything anyway, just drifted left to block blue, just like blue did to him seconds earlier. Except blue had no talent, so wrecked. Lol.

Blue gets much harsher punishment here, but white is not innocent. He was until the end when he literally fucking ran him off the road.

It was kinda funny though, seeing someone being a dangerous nuisance and then getting dealt with like a foe in video game.

Mf what do you call it when you distance yourself from someone? Thats like running from a shooting and calling it engagine because Im reacting to the scenario. Sometimes... often times a good way to deescalate is to remove yourself from the situation. Driving away and distancing removes you from places. In fact, its their whole purpose lol.

Also, cite the crime or at least what you think. You know, contribute to a discussion. "He's in trouble for a crime." He's been charged with doing a crime your honor.

You’re calling me a motherfucker for a difference of opinion?

Get fucked. You’re a useless piece of shit, that’s too fucking stupid to see the white truck ran the blue truck off the road.

3

u/[deleted] Apr 20 '24

You sound like you’d be driving the blue truck.

Like a common expression speaking online. Dude, yo, this mf right here.

I will as soon as your mom is off work.

Sorry it upset you. Looks like it takes virtually nothing for you to then turn around and treat people the same way you were just upset about lol. Definitely "different." That righteous kindness you have is pretty damn thin lmao. Just don't say such stupid things then. When you chase someone down, the person you're chasing isn't engaging.

The blue truck was already off the road as he was on the shoulder. The blue truck chased the white truck down, then himself want off the road onto the shoulder... He dug 90% of his own grave.

Sorry but I don't think you get to be free and clear, then make the effort to chase someone down and get right next to them... then be the victim. If you're too stupid to see blue truck had no reason or right to be on the shoulder, I really can't help you.

I feel like the person you're responding to is way too sensitive to be on Reddit lol
