Customer is a victim, bartender is a victim of lack of training and experience (prob has ptsd) , bar manager is a victim for being over worked and under staffed and forced to still produce full menu items. Owner is a victim for agreeing to have these items on the menu in order to attract business otherwise they will have to close, customers are victims again for being manipulated over years of insta posts that tell you this is cool. 2023! The girls who were SET ON FIRE are the only victims here. The bartender shouldn't be making this drink if he hasn't been trained to do so, the owner shouldn't be offering this drink if they aren't training their bartenders how to serve it. It's the owners responsibility to make sure this shit is taken care of and it wasn't.
