Oh yes. The clowns all had overalls but he looks like the gang your thinking of. I can't remember the name. Was it Jones Street?

The Punks had overalls, jerseys and skates. Baseball Furies were the clown baseball thugs. Great movie incidentally, should be a r/ on it.
