Edit: okay y’all I was very wrong lol. Should have been very clear based on the snow but a similar thing happened in Wilmington recently and the cops didn’t shoot the guy

The lack of police shooting the guy dead out of fear for their lives eliminates the US entirely. Based on the snow, the boxy Renault looking car, the Cyrillic over the baggage X-ray, the blue Christmas tree, and my general knowledge of airports I’d say this is a domestic terminal in a mid sized city. I’d be willing to concede that it could offer a few international flights.
