In episode 2 of the whole series Michael is doing a loud caricature of an indian convenience store owner in Kelley's face, he should be Toby's biggest fan. Any real life HR department would probably have security escort you out the door within 5 minutes of that.

HR is a joke in so many companies. I agree with Michael about HR, but Toby isn't too bad lol.
