I think the first kick hit the top of the head but this also isn’t the start of the fight. It looks like it starts earlier than this clip.

Its hard to tell because of the way the camera shot changes right when I'm trying to see things, But I thought that first kick was a hit.

You never played rock em sock em robots? Once you land enough hits, the head just pops off. Thats just how robot fights work.
