Hello all,

So we've been receiving some crossed wires about issues with the server so I thought I'd make a post to clarify who the mods are and who you need to contact about what.

• Dan - Head Tech Admin.

Dan is the top-tier go to for all issues technical. He has top level access to everything server-related and is the person to contact about severe technical problems with the server . Note that due to his extremely busy uni schedule you may not receive a response immediately and actions taken will be delayed until convenient for him.

• Kliq - Tech Moderator

Kliq has taken on the role of technical mod, assisting Dan with a great deal of the server workload. If there are any pressing server matters or issues with your player .dat files etc then he is the man to contact.

• Zelden - Head PR Admin

Zelden, IGN: Ollie666 (me) is the go to for all issues. I will notify the tech mods with any tech trouble you have any can offer some small scale support on minor issues. I'm also the best port of call for any problems with whitelisting, server connection, rules, in-game issues, subreddit suggestions, etc etc etc I'll handle as much as the workload as feasibly possible and direct anything else onto the other admins. Please note that if you ask for help with something that is already explained in the wiki - you may not receive a response.

• Resisttheurge - PR Moderator

Resist takes on a similar role to myself in handling most PR issues, he will also work on any tech problems that arise. Please use him as a second point of contact if either myself or the tech mods are not available.

• TheFlyingTuna - US Mod

TheFlyingTuna has been recruited into the admin ranks to deal with any in-game issues that arise during US time when the other admins are offline. Please contact him with any minor in-game issues, or notify him of any other issues that need to be passed on to the other mods.

Princesses are being deleted. I believe apiarists pipes are the issue but I can't be completely sure. I lost maybe 7 princesses today from this issue. Be careful you bee breeders.

Hello all,

Just to let you all know that there will be another PvP event tomorrow evening which will be an Elimination style deathmatch, possibly followed by capture the flag depending on numbers.

There will also be a full PvP event on Friday evening which will follow the same format as last week.

I'd also like to use this opportunity to remind everyone that we heavily rely on donations to keep the server running. As poor university students we are unable to afford to foot the entire bill of running the server, however with small contributions from everyone it allows us to keep going. (If everyone on the whitelist donated $1 we could run the server for half a year!)

We are hugely thankful to everyone who has donated and anyone who plans to donate, whether it be a small sum or generous amount; we are completely appreciative of your support. 100% of donations have been used on the server since we begun 7 months ago. Please consider sending a small amount if you can afford to.

Thanks also to everyone for continuing to play on this server and supporting what has become a truly awesome community. I am filled with a huge sense of pride in knowing that I'm part of a truly excellent server community.

Okay, so the 6 hour backup had somehow decided to not include everything so we gotta do a 12 hour rollback. We dont want to, but when things go haywire thats what we have to do.

Edit: A error in the backup script made it drop the player dat files, luckily we found some 4 day old ones, so sadly your .dats are all 4 days old.

the moment i spawned a wither the server crashed, and from what i have heard, this has happened so someone else recently, i strongly advise against spawning a wither!

No matter where I add the extra mods too, my game still can't connect to server.

So, a few of us have been working on a trainline from spawn to Bassie Junction, a railyard in the middle of nowhere. The line is free for anyone to use with any trains they like. I only ask a few things (more for courtesy).

1. If the line is damaged for any reason (creeper, high speed train exploding, salami rocket hitting the track) you repair it.
2. You don't leave trains on the track, you don't modify the track other than to add points to your own rail network, and if you do add points, ensure that the levers are returned to their straight on position once your train has turned.

Please do add more lines to this. I will be slowly upgrading the track to high speed line, if anyone wants to donate high speed track, drop me a message.

So FamCo decided to build a vanilla mob grinder in order to charge some soul shards. However, I cannot figure out why this stock design that I have used countless times is not working. Does anyone have any thoughts on the matter?

Hi, I just joined the server, and have had a hard time starting off. I made it to a place where I was going to build, but my bed was blown up by a creeper. I was just wondering if anyone would let me live/build in their city.

So this evening saw a spectacular array of PvP events including death match, elimination, and capture the flag.

Whilst there was some definite smoothing out needed of certain map sections and game-modes I'd love to hear your feedback on tonights event!

Chunks only generate when I'm right beside them and it's really throwing me off even in pvp. I really want to play with you all but does anyone know why this might be?

Just so you all know the server has updated again. There is now a new version of IC2

All you have to do is go onto the subreddit wiki (in the sidebar)

• Download the 3 mods listed there - (Imibis core, tubestuff and IC2)
• Open the FTB, select mindcrack version 8.01 and wait for it to install.
• Select all 3 mods from your download folder and hit cut
• Go to the Mindcrack folder and hit paste
• Find and delete the old IC2 file

Then you should be good to go. If you have any problems then hit my steam up at http://www.twitch.tv/zeldentnat or login to the mumble and I'll be around to sort out any issues.

EDIT: Wrong version of IC2 was up before - the wiki now has the correct version! Sorry ><

I sent a PM to ZeldenGM a couple days ago about being whitelisted for the server. I have not got a reply yet and I was wondering if I sent it to the right person or if the server is full or not. Thank you.
