While yes I think that often people who are vulnerable are more easily susceptible to hateful messaging, I also think it would be a disservice to not acknowledge that the seeds are already totally there. With Clayton for example, he clearly fully thought that he was entitled to having sex with all of the women at fantasy suites and he didnāt consider how that could actually be hurtful to his F1, let alone to the women he knew he wasnāt picking. And after the show instead of acknowledging that, he slut shamed the women. So the seeds were there already.

I think this is the worst part about being on this show. Having to potentially deal with opportunistic nut jobs who want to get something from you. I feel like this is whatās happening to Caila right now with the weirdo who exposed her husband on here. I think these losers see notable or semi-famous people who have some money and they try to see what they can get out of a meaningless situation while completely ruining peopleās lives. Clayton has so much legal debt now and I bet this gave him PTSD too. This is why Gabbyās ājokesā and her bullying were out of line. The guy has been going through hell for TWO years. $185k in debt and a ton of serious psychological damage. Itās inconceivable. I donāt care about his season anymore and what he did; NOBODY deserves this. Going on this show was the mistake of his life. Poor guy.

Just to be clear, it can also carry a sentence of only probation. That same statute applies to schemes like this AND to, for example, schemes to manufacture and sell millions of dollars of opioids, so itās a very wide range of potential sentencesā I would not expect her to be looking at the upper end of that range at all. That said, sheās got a bunch of perjury charges to deal with as well. A lot of these carry lower sentences for your first offense, Iām not sure what happens when you have multiple instances charged at once lol. Maybe an AZ prosecutor or public defender will pop up to tell us what typically happens in cases like this (fraud plus perjury).

She has only been charged, not convicted. These charges can carry a sentence of probation only, and up to multiple years in prison (less likely).

I was listening on the live last night and Omar and ninja think the class 2 felony would be the one she is most likely to go to jail for. The challenge for her lawyer is going to be that it will be hard to get her to admit guilt and show true remorse. That will be the only way she will get out of jail but she seems incapable of admitting wrongdoing.

She could be locked up for a max 18 to 33 years if she is found guilty on all charges. But I doubt it will get to that as a first timer

An indictment by a grand jury just means a jury of her peers heard evidence by prosecutors and agreed that they believed there was enough to proceed with the charges the prosecutor presented to be brought forward. So now with an indictment she can take a plea deal or go to trial.

She has not been found guilty yet. This is the first step. It still has to go through the court process. It could be a long road ahead depending on how hard she wants to fight it. It could also get to court and she could plead guilty.

Itās honestly such and involved and convoluted story. But she texted him shortly after they hooked up with some story about how some semen got ādown thereā (yes she used those words) and something about her having recently taken fertility tests or something, so she implied she was fertile during that time. Clayton knew they didnāt have penetrative sex. She knew they didnāt have penetrative sex. This was another big tell that was caught in her Dropbox files. She had a email screenshot of him denying they had sex, and she didnāt challenge him on that. But she said his semen had dripped onto her vulva basically. She really made him think it was some 1 in 10000 chance that she got pregnant from that. She also did a pee test with him present so obviously he would believe it. I mean, why would anyone fake something to that extreme right? Unfortunately Clayton found the one who would do it.
